Reservation Policies
Reservation & Deposit
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. For peak season bookings (April-June and October-November), a 50% deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. Cancellations made 7-13 days prior will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable.
Extra Person Policy
Room rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional person will be charged ₹1,500 per night. Children under 6 years stay free when sharing existing bedding. Maximum occupancy varies by room type.
Seasonal Considerations
During winter months (December-March), road access may be affected by weather conditions. We recommend checking road status before traveling. Bookings during this period may be subject to weather-related cancellations with full refunds.
